These are the steps we follow at GEOSEM when building a custom villa:
First contact. We meet with you, listen carefully to your ideas and projects. For our part, we will tell you how we work and the materials and brands we use. We do not hide any information. You can see photos or even visit similar properties of our former clients. If you have any questions, our team will gladly answer them on the spot.
Perhaps you already have a plot ready to build on. In that case, the location is already decided. If not, the next step is to decide where you want to build your new house. We have several plots for build in our portfolio of exclusive and popular locations.In addition, we have extensive knowledge of the plots available in the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida area.
Knowing the exact location and your requirements, we can present an estimated budget. At all times we will respect your budget. The estimate at this point is given considering the materials and landscaping built by GEOSEM. We work with safe banks that can help you finance the construction and then provide a mortgage on competitive terms.
At GEOSEM we work with several experienced architects, used to designing properties on the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida. Based on our previous meetings, we will present you with a design proposal. After listening to your ideas and having put them in writing and in a certain location/plot, together we will adjust the plans to suit your wishes. We will present it to you in high quality 2D and 3D.
Having agreed on the exterior design, we will continue working on the interior design. Based on your ideas, we will adapt the interior from the architects' plans. Together we will choose the materials and colors for the floors, the kitchen, bathrooms, windows, doors, etc. All this within the budget. We will present it in high quality 3D Renders.
Once the exterior and interior have been agreed, we will now focus on the garden and landscaping. How we connect the terraces, the pool and the paths with the plants and flowers. We may have chosen a solution with solar panels, which must be installed with maximum efficiency and at the same time be invisible. An important issue is also to look at the degree of maintenance. Some plants need a lot of attention, while others are ideal for holiday homes.
Once the price, materials, schedule and payment terms have been agreed, we will sign the contract. This does not mean that you cannot make changes during construction. As long as you request changes within the deadlines you have all possibilities open. In case there are changes that affect the price, you will be informed immediately.
Once the contract is signed, we will start building. As many of our clients do not reside in Spain, we will send photos during the construction process. In addition, we recommend that you visit your future villa during construction. It will make you especially excited to see the progress.
For the interior design in the early stages of the process, we use furniture from well-known furniture brands. We make sure that when you arrive at your new villa, you only have to bring your suitcase with your personal belongings . We take care of the rest.
Once the construction of the villa is finished, we will go over all the details together to make sure everything is as it should be. When a new house is opened, several questions may arise. We are a call away and one visit away for any inconvenience.
